Vladimir Remezev decided to make a surprise for his wife Lena and bought her an expensive cherry raincoat. The woman was so excited that she couldn’t stop watching her new rag. She wanted to show off in front of her friends and thus invited them in. The guests came and Lena opened up her closet to show the attire, but was stunned to realize that it was gone! That couldn’t be thieves – the apartment was under signalization. Not to say who could steal the raincoat of large size?

That was the day Lena’s dog Gerbena fell sick. It neither ate, nor drank, and just lay on the rug motionlessly. Vladimir and Lena rushed to the vet. There the pet was x-rayed. The results sowed that the digestive tract. The doctor pulled up Gerbena’s tail to measure the temperature and turned pale: there sticked out a piece of cherry leather.

The doctor later reveled that he had never seen anything like that in 20 years of vet work. He saw dogs swallowed balls, gold chains and spangle. And Lena, in turn, realized who the thief was. She isn’t mad at the pet though. It’s just that the woman can’t understand how Gerbena managed to swallow such big attire.

Well, it seems Lena won’t be upset about her coat for too long: her husband promised to buy a new one. He is extremely happy that his dog had survived. Gerbena has an excellent genealogy. It is the winner of many dog exhibitions. The surgery and later treatment of the dog cost the owners a great amount of money. But they’re ok with that.
