President Putin wishes Alla Pugacheva happy birthday

As RIA Novosti learned from the President's press service, the greeting reads as follows, "A brilliant, talented and creative person, you have really won the love of all people. Millions of admirers respect your professionalism, commitment and sincerity. Every new song of yours becomes a really important event."
