Richard R. Lovely named executive vice president of Rohm and Haas

Richard R. Lovely was appointed Monday executive vice president of Rohm and Haas Company (NYSE: ROH), a Pennsylvania-based company that manufactures miscellaneous materials.

Previously Lovely acted as vice president and corporate director of human resources at Rohm and Haas.

The company has also approved the re-election of twelve directors, and ratified PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm.
