Vladimir Putin congratulates Kadirov’s administration and Chechen people on New Year

Russian President Vladimir Putin sent congratulation on New Year to the head of Chechen administration Akhmad Kadirov and Chechen people, the press secretary of Chechen administration Taus Dzhabraylov reported. Putin expressed hope that the next year will bring peace, stability and prosperity to Chechnya, “Interfax” announces. Russian president claimed that he would personally go his best to achieve this aim.
